Within the “picturesque” mode of the late nineteenth century, the Arts & Crafts style inns Red Crags, Onaledge and Rockledge line El Paso Boulevard above the town of Manitou Springs, and collectively comprise Red Crags Estates. To start your day, you may treat yourself to a warm cup of java from our in-room coffee service. Breakfast is served nextdoor at Rockledge Country Inn—relax in the spacious dining room, main floor, or gardened terrace overlooking Pikes Peak while enjoying your freshly prepared morning meal.

Room rates are for single or double occupancy; an additional person can be accommodated in many of our rooms for an additional $40 charge per person per night. Children age 3 and under are included provided they do not require extra bedding. Children ages 4–12 are welcome at Bed and Breakfast at Historic Onaledge for a rate of $20 per child. The rates are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes (currently 10.8%) but are inclusive of all services and amenities. We offer a turn-down service during check-in for all rooms.

A lovely room in the East wing of the second floor that is capable of serving as a two bedroom suite. The main room has a king size bed and original fireplace. The second room is a comfortable sitting room. For use as a suite, this room has a queen size pull out sofa or you may use the day bed situated by the windows of the room. Enjoy the adornments of this romantic room. The guest room door opens into a private hall with bath/shower located off of this hallway.

Red Crags Room

Carriage House

The Carriage House, somewhat different, is one of our most popular and definitely, our most private guest rooms. It is attached to the main house, with an outside entrance. This, along with the original rock walls, helps this guest room embody the true meaning of the word “Privacy” and creates a real sense of being alone. This small, private, enclosed patio just outside the door is exclusively for the use of our Carriage House guests and private Bath/Shower.
